Mustangs return home after 3-4 road trip

The Billings Mustangs (14-15, 3rd PL North) return to Dehler Park tonight after going 3-4 over a seven game road trip to Idaho Falls and Casper.

The Mustangs open a four game series against the Idaho Falls Chukars tonight. Clayton Schniuk(1-1, 4.01 ERA) will start for Billings against Santiago Garrido (1-1, 7.00) for the Chukars. These same two pitchers met in their last starts on July 16 in Idaho Falls, Schunik pitched six innings giving up no runs on four hits, striking out six and walking one. Garrido went 4.2 innings giving up three runs on six hits striking out four and walking two. Neither pitcher figured in the decision in the 7-6 Mustangs win.

Game time is 7:05 p.m.

Roster Moves:
The Cincinnati Reds announced the following changes to the Mustangs Roster: First baseman Jonathan Kaskow and pitcher Tzu-Kai Chiu have been promoted from Billings to the Class A Dayton Dragons of the Midwest League and first baseman Dominic D'Anna and pitcher Matt Leonard have been assigned to Billings from the Goodyear Reds of the Arizona Rookie League.
